Best Practices
A properly and well-executed audiological assessment is the foundation of a successful hearing aid fitting. Too often we see sloppy or incomplete audiological results such as hearing tests conducted in non-calibrated sound chambers or lack of speech-in-noise testing. Although we are happy to accept an outside provider's test results, if we see the test was poorly administered, we may suggest repeating the test at our facility.

When it comes to fitting hearing aids, we run all required tests to verify, or make sure that our fitting is accurate and the hearing device is performing to manufacturer specifications.
We are more than happy to fit hearing aids sold to you by another provider if you are dissatisfied with how they feel or sound - all that matters to us is that you leave hearing your best.
